Despite the geographic boundaries drawn up by former colonial powers and the aggression waged by current imperialist powers, Bilad al-Sham remains the core of our civilizational identity and the basis of our political culture. They can break Syria but they can never expunge our identity nor eradicate our political culture as resistant people from Bilad al-Sham.
